If your original Student Connect card has been lost then you can apply to have a replacement card reissued (up to twice in any one academic year).

Please note that you must have your Student Connect card with you when travelling on a reduced rate season ticket, failure to do so will result in you being liable to pay the appropriate fare (and penalty fare) for the journey being made.
